Building things that are interesting to me with others

I am a dude from nowhere, interested in many things, and mostly doing the thinking for myself, based on my own reality. When I see a problem worth solving or an opportunity worth pursuing, I give it everything. I was born in Nigeria (200 million people) and “really grew up” in Finland (5 million people). Those 2 countries are unique in their own ways and almost opposite in most things. Both played a unique role in my worldview and development, and I am proud to be from both. Today, there are other countries in the mix: Italy and the Netherlands. (See below)

I got my first degree in civil engineering and toiled with education in IT, business and management. I have worked for organizations and built technology companies in the “1st” world and in the “3rd world”, including the ones solely for social good. In my career, I have found myself in extremely opposite positions including  phone and Computer Repairer, Micro-entrepreneur, High School Teacher, Newspaper Collector, Kitchen Assistant, Cleaner, Corporate Identity Designer, HR director, Chief Marketing Officer, Digital Product Owner, Technology Entrepreneur, and a Digital Consultant.

In my journey, I have learned that I can have anything. But I can’t have everything.

But when there is a purpose, I see it through.

My aim is to use this blog to share my stories as they happen – short and long, good and bad – and I hope you will learn something from them. I look forward to connecting with you.
