The F Company – Evolving the operating model of digital marketing agencies

Late 2016, I sat down with two of my ex-college-classmates, David and Ravi, to build a new type of digital marketing agency – bringing agile methods, human-centered design principles, and data-driven approaches to driving growth for ambitious companies. Within 2 years, The F Company has grown to serve innovative startups and multinationals across multiple industries from technology services to energy.

By combining technology, design and innovative business models, we can invent the future. I lead, facilitate, and teach innovation at leading startup accelerators, global companies and institutions all around Europe including Finland, Netherlands, Germany among others. These include Startupbootcamp, Haaga-Helia University, UniPID to mention a few.

Goly – Empowering SMEs in level 2 & 3 economies with a mobile SaaS marketplace

In 2014, I founded Goly to empower small businesses in emerging markets with a mobile storefront, communication tools, and transaction processing system. Through a market network with unique buy and sell, built-in SaaS tools, and communication system, Goly took the pain out of the service delivery process by consolidating all the tools professionals and their clients need in one place.

ClipMe – Collaborative video stories

In 2013 long before Instagram videos, I co-founded ClipMe in Finland to develop a novel system that stitches videos together using mobile and cloud computing technologies. ClipMe is a fun way to create short video stories together with friends. ClipMe identified an opportunity in a multi-billion user market and created partnerships across multiple industries.

AIESEC – Leading AIESEC in Finland in several roles

AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-led organization. In 2010, I co-founded AIESEC in Haaga-Helia UAS. In 2011, I was selected to lead AIESEC in Finland as a Vice President. While at AIESEC, I was engaged with pressing global issues, met world leaders including Elizabeth Rehn (picture to the left), and met people from more than 50 countries. I served on the board of AIESEC in Finland until 2014.


Elevating the real image of Africa in Eastern Finland to unleash economic opportunities

When Joseph arrived to the city of Kuopio in 2008, a friend challenged him to show the untold positive narratives of Nigeria and the African continent. Joseph quickly organized a series of events to showcase the strengths of his birthplace. These events attracted media attention and led to economic integration of Africans in Easter Finland
